Fixed

Fixed issue where we'd fail to detect that an endpoint was a cloud endpoint due to a strict adherence to the SMBIOS processor structure spec. We have seen cases where EC2 instances would not strictly adhere to the spec and caused our parsing to error even though we could have successfully determined that it was an EC2 instance. We have slightly relaxed our parsing to successfully detect that an instance is a cloud instance in these cases.
