Deactivate and Decommission Alert Sources

Deactivate an alert source

You can deactivate an alert source in Red Canary.

1. From your Red Canary homepage, click Integrations.

   

2. Scroll down, and then select your third-party security source.

3. Click Edit Configuration.

4. Click Deactivate.

   Note: You will still see this alert source listed in your integrations list if you want to re-activate the source at a later date.

   

Decommission an alert source

You can decommission an alert source and remove it from Red Canary. 

1. From your Red Canary homepage, click Integrations.

   

2. Scroll down, and then select your third-party security source.

3. Click Edit Configuration.

4. Click the  icon.
