Request Help with a Threat

When you receive notification about a threat affecting your environment, you will likely have questions:

• How should I respond to this threat?

• What can I do to prevent this type of threat from happening again?

• How did Red Canary identify this threat?

Ask your Threat Hunter

Whenever you have a question about a threat that Red Canary confirms, your Red Canary team is here to help. Your Threat Hunter will work to answer your questions to the best of their ability and can connect you with others on the Red Canary team if needed.

1. From the navigation menu, click Threats.

2. Click the title of the threat.

3. At the top of the page, click the Contact Us button.

4. Enter your question or comment.

5. Click Send.

Report detection misses

If a detection is missed, please follow these instructions.

1. Sign into the Red Canary Support Center.

   Note: This step is required since using the pre-populated link while unauthenticated does not redirect to the form with the pre-populated fields once authenticated.

2. Complete this pre-populated form to add details about the missing detection.
