Managed Phishing Response is licensed per email account, based on the total number of user-owned and operated mailboxes from which phishing emails can be reported.
The number of licensed email accounts is determined at the time you subscribe or renew your Managed Phishing Response service. To view your licensed account quantity and subscription end date, follow the instructions below.
From the Red Canary homepage, click your user icon, and then click License Usage.
Scroll down to Phishing to review your current licensing and request more licenses if needed.
