You can deactivate or remove an alert source if you no longer need it. While we understand you might want to remove an alert source no longer needed, we recommend deactivating it if you want to you can if you want to reactivate at a later time.
To deactivate an alert source:
In your Red Canary portal, click Integrations.
Scroll down to the list of alert sources and click a source.
Click Deactivate. This will stop further ingestion from that source, but you’ll still see it listed on the Integrations page if you want to re-activate it in the future.
To delete an alert source:
Click on an alert source.
Click the icon. This will stop further ingestion from that source and remove it from the Integrations page.
