Create and Manage Actions

Actions frequently arise during an exercise or its retrospective that are critical to improving your readiness. These Actions are commonly associated with specific gaps or areas for improvement in your response processes that you identify when running the scenario.
Create Actions during an exercise
Under Actions from this exercise, enter the Action’s headline and click Create.
If you want to further customize the Action’s priority, notes, assignment, or set a due date, click the action once it appears in the list.
Create an Action outside of an exercise
From the navigation menu, click Actions.
Enter the Action’s headline and click Create.
Click the Action once it appears in the list if you want to further customize the Action’s priority, notes, assignment, or set a due date.
Archive and search for Actions
To archive, select any Action then click the three dots to the right of the headline.
To search, click the search bar on the Actions page and filter by the Action’s state, priority, or source record type.
